Legal Associates/Senior Legal Associates/Staff Attorneys
Location: Bangalore
Position Description and Responsibilities:
This position requires a dynamic person with high team spirit and ability to work with other associates in a like environment. Moreover, this position would be working closely with many of the most talented engineers and international attorneys in the industry in an environment that is fast-paced, exciting and fun. The primary job duty will be to work on contracts drafting and reviewing. The ideal candidate would be a person who is highly self-motivated, capable of achieving targets and deadlines without constant monitoring, a stable go-getter, and someone who values client satisfaction as an utmost priority. - Thorough exposure to Intellectual Property Laws

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinating with the Technology Team and Legal Team and developing an IP culture in the organization.
- Providing prior art search for a particular research project and helping the in-house Research Engineers in evaluating novelty and patentability of that project in relation to prior art.

Software Architect/Sr. Software Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Position Description and Responsibilities:
The Senior Software Developer will analyze requirements, design, code and unit test features on the products server side components. Participate in all phases of development from definition and design through implementation, debugging and testing.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in one of the following: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications with excellent academic record.
- Advanced knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development, Design Patterns is required.
- 5 or more years experience in software development with an exposure to the full development lifecycle in any of the current web framework technologies like JAVA / J2EE, ASP.NET, PHP/ LAMP stack.
- Must be able to demonstrate hands on Enterprise Level Product Development and Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with the Ruby on Rails Framework is a plus. Must be motivated to learn new technologies with in house training and help.
- User Level experience with Unix and Linux environments is a plus.
- Must demonstrate experience of Technical leadership and mentoring of Engineering Teams.
- Experience with any of the leading databases i.e. MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of Browser technologies like DHTML, CSS, AJAX and cross browser issues.
